This opportunity is not based on technology transfer or local manufacturing. We are seeking sales agent partners who will import finished boards produced in Japan and develop their local markets through sales, specification, and implementation.

Japan-Made PANECO® Textile Recycling Board

PANECO® textile recycling boards are sustainable board materials manufactured in Japan using end-of-life textile waste as their primary raw material. They are designed for practical use in retail and commercial interiors, store fixtures and displays, furniture panels, and interior building materials. Sales agents will be responsible for importing Japan-made finished boards and developing their use in their domestic markets.

Why Sustainable Board Materials Matter Now

Across Europe and globally, sustainability in retail interiors, furniture, and architectural materials is no longer a differentiator – it has become a baseline requirement. Demand is rapidly increasing for sustainable board materials that combine environmental responsibility, design quality, and real-world usability.

However, many sustainable materials still face common challenges: inconsistent quality, limited production control and traceability, and unstable supply capacity. PANECO® does not position itself as a fully completed material that has already solved all of these challenges. Instead, we deliberately position PANECO® as an export-oriented sustainable material that evolves through real market implementation.

By establishing production and verification in Japan, and refining specifications and supply structures step by step, we aim to mature the material together with our sales agents through market feedback and real projects.

PANECO® will exhibit at EuroShop 2026 in Düsseldorf, Germany – the world’s leading trade fair for retail. At the exhibition, we will present physical samples of Japan-made PANECO® textile recycling boards, material characteristics and design possibilities, and real-world application concepts. We will also conduct direct discussions with prospective global sales agents during the show.

Global Sales Agent Recruitment

We are seeking sales agents who can import and commercially implement Japan-made PANECO® textile recycling boards in their local markets. Ideal partners are those who understand the value of sustainable materials, have experience in retail, interior, furniture, or architectural markets, and aim to build long-term market presence rather than one-off transactions. Rather than a simple supplier-reseller relationship, we are looking for partners who will grow the market together with us through real implementation.
